These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Creative Current website and the services we provide. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.
Creative Current provides digital marketing, brand strategy, content creation, and related creative services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate proposal or contract agreed between both parties.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to assets and platforms required to deliver our services. Delays caused by client-side approvals or missing materials may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of Creative Current.
All fees are stated in the agreed proposal. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate. Work commences only after agreed deposits or upfront payments have been received.
Upon full payment of all applicable fees, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. Creative Current retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets remain licensed under their respective terms.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond this scope may be subject to further fees. Final approval of work is the client’s responsibility, and Creative Current is not liable for errors approved by the client.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement and applies to business strategies, financial information, and proprietary materials.
Creative Current shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific commercial results.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy it within 14 days. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
